* You have the option to submit your confession anonymously. This can be done by not filling out the Name field or Instagram Handle Feed before submitting. If you have chosen to remain anonymous by only filling in the confession box, your name and identifying details will not be shared.
* If you choose to include your name or other identifying details, you agree to the public use of this information as part of the podcast content.

3. Rights and Ownership
* You retain ownership of your submitted confession. However, by submitting, you grant Bethany Robinson (Host and Owner of Brand Your Brain) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display your confession in all media formats and channels now known or later developed.
* You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the confession and grant the above license.

4. Content Guidelines
* Confessions should be truthful and reflect your honest experiences and opinions.
* Submissions should not contain any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of any third party.

5. Editorial Discretion

* Not all submissions will be used, and inclusion is at the sole discretion of Bethany Robinson on behalf of Brand Your Brain
